Description:
Veterans Administration - Appointments at the Geriatric Clinic will take about two hours. You will be seen by an RN, a nurse practitioner, a social worker, and a doctor. The clinic is located at the VA Medical Center in Tomah. You will still keep your same VA doctor and continue to see him as scheduled.
