Provides free cell phones and 500 free minutes and 500 free text messages per month to those who qualify. To qualify must meet the criteria for any of the programs listed: Federal Public Housing Assistance, Food Stamps, Low Income Home Energy Assistance, Medical Assistance or Badger Care, SSI, WI Homestead Tax Credit, National School Lunch prograam, Wisconsin Works, Income at or below 135% of Federal Poverty Guideline. Displaced families and those living in areas of natural disasters are also eligible. Free phone service is for one year and can be renewed annually. Can apply in person at the Bay park Square Mall.
