The Bureau of Consumer Affairs is in the division of Banking. It administers the Wisconsin Consumer Act, which resolves consumer complaints and advises consumers and lenders regarding their rights and responsibilities under consumer law. This site has 2 main components; one is primarily designed for Businesses and one primarily for Consumers.
