Divine Savior Healthcare's Rehab Services Department (DSHC) has partnered with Adaptive Experts, LLC, to provide a standardized assessment and training for the skills necessary to operate a motor vehicle, including a clinic based and on the road assessment, adaptive equipment recommendations and resources and training for safe driving when indicated.
Who would benefit from a Driver's Assessment? If you are a driver, potential driver or family member who has concerns about your loved one's ability to drive safely, this service will benefit and protect you and others, including protection involving legal action or monetary issues related to decline or questions related to driving ability.
