Rock Haven serves those in need of rehabilitation; the frail elderly; those with behavioral, emotional, and psychiatric needs; and those with developmental disabilities. All units are certified for Medicare and Medical Assistance. Rock County residency is required for admission.

Our 24x7 staff is dedicated to quality and safety, while our on-site physician is able to provide services to our residents without them having to leave the campus.
Our business office will assist in finding appropriate resources to fund your care. We are experienced in billing Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance companies. Our experienced staff is always willing to answer any questions you have regarding funding during your stay at Rock Haven. Personal trust accounts are available upon request and can be accessed during normal business hours.
Our Food Service department is committed to providing high quality, professionally prepared menu items. We have a registered dietitian to meet with residents to assist with food preferences and to honor special dietary requests.
Our therapy department is committed to providing physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our goal is to help our residents keep the abilities they currently possess and restore those they may have lost.
Quality of life is very important to us and our residents. We provide a variety of activities coordinated by our recreational therapy staff and also by volunteers. On campus activities include live music, games, craft projects, movies, groups and more. Through our own transportation service we are able to take residents on community outings such as bowling, shows, or picnics.
