MCHC is short for Muslim Community and Health Center of Wisconsin. We were established in 2004 and are a nonprofit organization, and are 501-C3 approved since February 2012. MCHC has four branches that include our Family Practice Clinic, Behavioral Health and Mental Health Clinic, Sakina Senior Center, and Refugee Resource Center. Most of all, we are an organization that is dedicated to providing high quality services and compassionate care.
Sakina Senior Center accepts all members. Sakina Senior Center has a one year membership of $60.00. There are some fees for special classes and events.
