Share the Care volunteers consist of non-immediate family members, friends, neighbors, faith community, colleagues, and other similar individuals to help with different chronic conditions or situations. ADRC of Brown County is the Brown County Share the Care station, so Information & Assistance staff are trained in helping caregivers develop this care team.
