he Walworth County Diaper Bank depends entirely on volunteers and donations from the community. There are no government funds received for this program. Through the generosity of others, we are able to supply 1 week's worth of diapers every 30 days for each child properly registered.
REQUIREMENTS
Parent[s]/guardian[s] must provide
• Photo Identification
• Proof of Income
• Proof of your Relationship to child 3 years of age or younger [birth record, Medicaid letter, etc.]
• Proof of Residency
