Hotlines are open 24/7 with voice, TTY, and foreign language capablility. Gunderson Lutheran Medical Center is a LaCrosse Medial Center that operates Wisconsin First Step for Children with Special Needs program which connects parents of children birth to 21years to 5 regional Children and Youth with Special Needs Centers across the state. No fees, no eligibility requirements.
