Description: Saint John’s On The Lake is owned and operated by Saint John’s Communities, Inc. Saint John’s was originally founded in 1868 by Women of the Episcopal Church. Our campus currently consists of 295 independent living apartments, 50 assisted living suites and 25 skilled nursing suites. Skilled nursing provides restorative and rehabilitative care. Service provision focuses on care or treatment for individuals who, because of their mental or physical condition, require 24 - hour nursing care. Rehabilitative services focus on Speech, Occupational and Physical therapies with an emphasis on increasing to residents who, because of their mental or physical condition, require 24 - hour nursing services. Rehabilitative services focus on Speech, Occupational and Physical therapies with an emphasis on increasing the likelihood of sufficient rehabilitation to return safely to a more independent way of life in the community.
