Survival of Bernice, LLC Assisted Living is a three bed Licensed Adult Family Home Located in Milwaukee, WI. We serve a population of Advanced Aged, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Developmentally/Physically Disabled and Mental Illness. Within our team of licensed professionals we dedicate our actions with expertise work performance, sincere care, and moral rectitude work ethic. To all we will honor and respect with humble characteristics and a touch of vigor stance while supporting the importance of independence, health and well-being of our residents. As we resemble repetitive importance of our company policy and procedures pertaining to our Mission, Vision, state regulations and Resident Rights. We strive to promote resident independence, choice of care, honesty, integrity and plan of care assistance to achieve residents goals toward growth, advancement and consistency.
