Description:
Care Connection is a Home Care agency that assist Seniors and people of all ages, those with personal injuries, individuals with disabilities and more with assistance for daily living. We provide care in light housekeeping, cooking, cleaning and providing transportation to and from medical visits and grocery shopping.
Program Fees: The hourly rate is $28.00 an hour fee-for- service; We accept IRIS, My Choice and Community Care as well.
Other Updates Requested: Fee's may increase depending on care needs
