Description:

Resilience Transportation Service is a non-emergency transport service that is focused on providing quality care and service in Wisconsin to those in need. Resilience has a primary focus on clients with a disadvantage or those who have a need-based transportation request such as those that cannot drive due to age/disability, safety issues, those in disenfranchised communities or situations or those that do not have access to the resources they need within their community. Resilience has a need-based focal point on the transportation needs of those that are at a disadvantage either by age, health, orientation, lack of resources along with many other circumstances. Resilience has worked with counseling services, healthcare facilities, workforce development centers and many other organizations to facilitate the needs of mutual clients. The service categories (chosen below) provide a list of categories that Resilience partners closely with to attain our goal to close the gap on access to transportation for the underprivileged or high need members of the community.

Resilience was named specifically for the experiences of our clients. We work closely with those that have been through more trials and tribulations than most will recognize or even fathom. That being said, our organization realizes this about our customers - and our drivers are required to be trained and staffed accordingly in order to provide top notch care, safety and exemplary service to accommodate the individuals we service. Resilience prides themselves on contributing to the safety of each of its' customers individually to get them to and from their destinations - whether that may be to food pantries, healthcare visits, focus groups, grocery stores, appointments, interviews or jobs.

Program Fees: Rates would be determined per trip based on mileage, timeframe & pickup/drop off location.

Accessibility Information: Wheelchair accessible vehicles

Eligibility Requirements: The only requirement clients must fulfill to receive services from our organization would be to adhere to the "2-3 hour advance notice" policy. This would mean that the client must contact us at least 2 hours before service is needed in order to supply adequate coverage/transportation to/from their destination.
