Neil Rasmussen Manor consists of 8 one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment includes a kitchen, living room/dining room combination, and bathroom. This building has been recently remodeled, has a service coordinator available for residents, and also includes a community room with kitchen facilities and a laundry room.
A service coordinator is a social service staff person hired or contracted by the development’s owner or management company. The coordinator is responsible for assuring that elderly residents, especially those who are frail or at risk, and those non-elderly residents with disabilities are linked to the specific supportive services they need to continue living independently.
Water, sewer, and trash removal are paid by the owner, Impact Housing Development, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Impact Seven, Inc.
