LOV Inc. is a family based disability organization that works with adults with disabilities on building integrated, independent community connections and social skills. Our work with adults with disabilities is focused on creating independent and community based lives. We want to get our clients into their own communities and help them build social circles that is not based around paid supports.
Program Fees: Community Bridge Builder costs about $4750.20 a year. We aim for 84 hours per year of interaction, which comes out to $56.55 an hour. We do not charge individuals anything additionally if they go over 84 hours in a year. We are an IRIS approved service, which most of our clients use. Former clients have used self-directed supports through Family Care to pay for our services. We also have a private pay option for clients.
Eligibility Requirements: As of right now our clients are 18 and older, but we will be expanding to 15-17 in the future. We are a service that works with individuals with disabilities.
