The Highlands provides senior health services — assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation — to residents and area seniors and features a neighborhood of private suites along with a shared living room and kitchen. Our team of senior health care professionals will work with you, your family and your personal physician to create an individualized care plan for each of our levels of living. If needed, we also offer palliative and hospice care.
The Skilled Nursing area provides 47-beds.
