Provides medical, dental, mental health, and pharmacy services discounted on a sliding scall determined by household income to uninsured and under-insured residents of Washington County who meet financial eligibility. Insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare, is also accepted. No one turned away based on their ability to pay. Dental care by appointment only. Dental care includes preventative care, basic restoration and emergency care.
